UPGR700/RSDS3 is a three (3) year Depot repair program for the UPGR700 roll printer with 2nd day 'advance box' shipment for units requiring shipment back to Sony for repair.
Customers receive a total of 3 years SupportNET Depot coverage from date of purchase for a total of 3 years inclusive coverage (extending the standard 1 year product warranty coverage). Included in the Service Agreement are three (3) years total coverage of all repair parts and labor, all shipping costs to and from the Customers site back to Sony and 24 x 7 dedicated, toll-free telephone support and technical assistance from date of purchase. Customers are also entitled to receive a shipping box from Sony so that they may ship their UPGR700 back to Sony for repair in proper packaging. Advance box shipments are dispatched same day via 2nd day freight if the call is received before 7:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
The Advance Box includes a pre-paid shipping waybill (2 day freight) for return of the unit back to Sony for repair. NOTE: This service product is available ONLY at point of sale with UPGR700 printers sold 'stand alone' or sold as add-ons to a PictureStation Digital Photo Processing system.
